Simple Movements Create Real Change

As we kick off our fascial release training for parents of infants and toddlers inside SOMA Shalom... we are inviting EVERY parent (whether you're already inside the training or just here cheering us on) to join us for the SOMA Shalom Movement Challenge. This will run from Sept 1–12.

You and your WHOLE family can participate in and benefit from the simple intuitive fascial release movements! No purchase is necessary to enter or to win prizes.

This is a daily challenge, but you don't have to start on day one. Jump in whenever you're ready and do as many days as you can before it wraps up.

How does this challenge work?

This only takes a few minutes a day. Each day of the challenge, there are three simple parts:

- Each day practice intuitive movement self-release. We demonstrate and explain that on our IG page CLICK HERE. Don't forget, your big kids can participate too! Each participant gains you an entry.

- For your infant or toddler, follow the arching/extension exercise CLICK HERE.

- Take a photo or video and share it on Instagram, to your feed or Stories. Tag both @soma.holistics AND use #shalommovement at least once during the challenge. (this step is required!)

We will feature as many tags as we can in our IG stories!
